The songs are masterfully composed and flow together beautifully, and the orchestration is exactly how I want metal orchestration to sound: full, playable by a real orchestra, and just as important to the music as the vocals, drums, guitar, and bass are.

It reminds me of *good* Blind Guardian, which is one of my favorite bands (up to 2002) , so that alone would be enough. However, it would sell the band short to describe them just as "a band that sounds like BG". The album has some genuinely brilliant moments and the last song on the album, the s/t one, is one of my favorite songs of the past years, absolutely fantastic.

I bought the album on vinyl basically just to have the EP on physical format, I'll be honest. This is not to say the album is bad (it is absolutely amazing) but the EP blew me away and is honestly one of the best and most versatile albums I've listened to in a while and the vocals are just insanely good. If you like ExLibris you'll love this band too, no doubt

Ce n'est pas un album de death metal progressif : c'est un cours magistral. Toutes les qualités sont là : les riffs et les solos sont extraordinaires (non mais écoutez-moi cet épilogue !). Brett Windnagle déchaîne toute sa puissance vocale, autant avec un growl profond qu'avec un chant clair digne des plus grands du heavy metal (du genre Rob Halford. Oui). Et Interval 01 est son premier album ! et il a fait ça tout seul !!
